Dmytro, who asked to be identified only by his first name for security reasons, said that he tries to do everything as quickly as possible, so that people have more time to hide.
According to Alina Ustiuhova, a supervisor, the job requires steady hands, composure, and focus. It took six months to fill the chief specialist role, and Dmytro said that he had always had a calm demeanor, which has helped him to cope with the stress of the job.
